Eastover is a retreat center in Surry County just a few miles from the Jamestown Ferry. The Manor House, also called "Eastover on the James," offers a Bed and Breakfast style getaway that overlooks the James River from atop a one-hundred foot cliff. At the Retreat Center your group has the choice of "roughing it" in the cabins, "buking" in the dormitories, or staying in the comfortable motel-type lodgings. The river, the lake, the woods, the deer, the foxes, and the eagles make it a great atmosphere for an encounter with God.
